I'm Jay, a beginner virtual assistant eager to support clients with essential tasks and tools. Through self-study on YouTube, I've learned the basics of lead generation, appointment booking, calendar management, and email management/filtering. I’m also familiar with tools like Calendly for scheduling, Trello for task organization, Tailwind for Pinterest post scheduling, WordPress for blogging, and basic YouTube video editing. While I'm just starting, I’m committed to continuously growing my skills to help streamline processes and enhance productivity for my clients.
The site is designed to streamline client interactions through efficient automation tools. The form on the header is built with App.Kit that captures client emails and triggers automatic incentive emails. The "Schedule a Call Now" button is integrated with Calendly to enable seamless client scheduling. Additionally, Zapier connects with Calendly to log client information including name, email, and appointment time directly into a Google Spreadsheet for easy tracking. I have also studied basic automation and email sequencing with Kit for email marketing. I know only the basics for each tool, as I’m currently using free trial versions.
